What is snail mail?
“Snail mail” is traditional mail delivered to your mailbox — not your inbox. In a world of constant scrolling and notifications, it’s a return to something slower, more personal, and more meaningful: something you can hold, revisit, and keep close.
For us, it’s more than just mail. Each letter is designed to bring a small moment of peace, encouragement, and faith into everyday life — a gentle reminder that God is present even in ordinary moments.

What if I need to cancel my subscription or change my address?
Easy! Just email us at allison@thelampstandletters.com. All cancellations must occur before the 15th day of the month for us to cancel in time for a given month.
We read and reply to all emails within 24 hours. You will be taken care of.
When do I receive my letter?
We mail the letters on the 15th of every month. If you sign up before the 15th, you will receive your first letter that month. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive in the following month. Subscribers in the United States should expect to receive letters 3 - 8 days after we mail. It's First Class snail mail.
Do you offer an International subscription?
Not at this time. But if you live outside the United States and interested in subscribing, simply email us. We will see what we can do.
What is your replace and refund policy?
We recognize that things happen and we look to work with our customers as much as possible. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee in that you will receive a letter for the month(s) you subscribe. If something is wrong and you are not receiving a letter, we will absolutely make it right for you - guaranteed! Simply email us at allison@thelampstandletters.com.
